The best thing to do is to contact them through the website using the contact form. They do not have a contact number which is a little silly as they are a phone company.

It could be a number of reasons. Credit card might have changed or expired since you signed up? Wouldn’t like to guess but good luck and hope you get sorted.

What a wonderful surprise to wake up to on a cold grey Monday morning. Thank you so much for the mention. I love Twitter but I confess I did find it tricky to get into at the beginning. One of the hardest things was trying to find the right balance between enjoying the social conversation and promoting waste reduction links and tips. I also find it difficult to use it everyday due to the time available. But that doesn’t matter as whenever I log in there’s normally an online friend to say hello to and my tips are there whenever anyone checks out my profile. We used Affordable Appliance to fix our fridge/freezer, they arrived when they said they would and immediately identified and fixed the problem. This was all done for an agreed fixed price, far cheaper than the manufacturers offered to do it for. Would use them again.
