The latest government spree of go-green efforts is here, and it begins, with the Home Information Pack.Designed to save you money in the long run, while at the same time cutting emissions and fuel usage, the Home Information Pack is a document that will now be required for all homes with three or more bedrooms. It should (according to guidelines given) include inforation on your home’s energy performance, emissions, and bills. Also included should be details of searches, a sale-statement, and evidence of title. The document will be quite lengthy, but as such it will be quite detailed, which will be good for everyone in the long run!
Buying a Home always comes with stress, and hopefully this document will actually reduce that a little (especially for first time buyers) so that you should have all the information on your New Home before you even move in.
